Charlotte Thompson……Sales Manager
Charlotte will usually be your first point of contact on the phone and will happily answer all your queries; the all important process of arranging and co-ordinating the delivery of your StudyBed is expertly organised by both Charlotte and Sharle.
Charlotte’s interests are the opera and classical music, and last year she completed a very gruelling 400 mile charity cycle ride in China.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sharle ( pronounced Sharyl ! ) Norton…..Operations Manager (Sales)

Sharle and Charlotte work alongside each other in the Sales Department with Sharle’s particular area of responsibility being to sort out the logistical arrangements for timely deliveries to suit you. She will also be the one to speak with regarding bespoke items or complicated room situations which might need extra careful consultation.

Sharle has previously run a very successful catering business and is an expert on all things domestic, from making curtains to building an extension !

 

Kevin Edwards….Operations Manager (Logistics)

Steve Wales…….Product Manager

Steve has been with the company almost from its inception and is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality control throughout the processing of our products, from factory to your home. You may also see him on a delivery and installation, where his experience, and cheery nature are always much appreciated.

Steve has 2 grown up daughters and plays saxophone in a local band.
