    We identified the Study Bed on the internet​, arranged to go to their show rooms and there received excellent assistance and advice.  The ordering process was uncomplicated. From that time we continued to receive great advice on the fitting of the product, what was required within our room and other queries we had; positioning of electric sockets etc.
    An appointment to install was made that suited both us and the Company. Being in Mid Devon was not a problem to them at all.
    The fitting was carried out very professionally, cleanly and very swiftly.  A full demonstration and instruction with safety advice was given.
    It is a quality product, with a seamless process; viewing, ordering, installation. It’s comfortable, not only when in use, but also to know full back up is available.
    We thoroughly recommend the Study Bed.’

  • Congratulations!

     

    We have just had a couple of your men to our flat to replace a failed gas strut in the bed mechanism. We felt we had to drop you a line to congratulate them on their general demeanour and efficiency, even before they arrived! You gave us a 2 hour window when the visit was arranged, and half an hour before they were due, they phoned to give their anticipated time of arrival. One of them (Kevin) even remembered coming just under a year ago to fit the bed originally (It all had to come up three flights of stairs – and no lift!) but even on that occasion they were just as pleasant and cheerful.

    Your men are a credit to your business! Even although they had to virtually dismantle the bed to correct the fault, it was done with such good will and grace – they gave the impression that nothing would be too much trouble!

    Thank you again for your prompt attention to our request. The bed is excellent and well worth the investment we made in it when we moved into our new flat a year ago.

    We wish you well with your business, may you go from strength to strength. We would thoroughly and happily recommend both your firm and your product to anyone.

    …exceptional value for money

    Your firm and colleagues have often been in our minds, in the most happy way.

    We could not be more delighted with my Mum’s StudyBed. With the pre-order service, the ordering simplicity and flexibility, the utter reliability of everything and everyone, the installation of the bed and the way it does everything it says on the tin. And beautifully too. I so enjoyed sleeping in it. My mum loves it, and my brother and sisters approve. Can’t better any of that can you? It’s a lot of money and my mum, rightly, worried about that. But she is now convinced it’s really exceptional value for money. Thanks to everyone for really caring to make and deliver a high quality product.
