Just wanted to say a great big thank you for your help on Friday with regards to so kindly giving me a shim for free for our StudyBed.

Even though our StudyBed was bought second hand last week, I was so blown away by your help and immediate assistance. Its honestly such an amazing design, its transformed my wife’s study into a 5^th bedroom. Your customer service should be the envy of any business!

Having had my StudyBed for two months now, I wanted to let you know how amazing it has been. It makes a lovely, roomy desk for quite a lot of the time and then converts so easily into a spare bed, which I have been told is really comfortable. Thank you so much.

I’m completely wowed.

I’ve just had the universal study bed installed. I’m completely wowed. It’s turned my small box room into a multi purpose office/bedroom and I love it! It’s incredibly sturdy, I’ve got more storage space than I had with my previous desk and cupboards and I can quickly and conveniently covert to to a guest bedroom when needed. From order to installation, communication was great including a call from the installers 20 mins before arrival and a helpful post-installation email. Spot on from start to finish. I will be buying again in the future, for sure.
