We understand that circumstances can change. Whether you’re furnishing a temporary home, a rental property, or simply want the flexibility to change things later, our Buy-Back Promise gives you added confidence when purchasing from us.

We guarantee that we will buy back your StudyBed and any StudyBed furniture for 50% of the original invoice price at any time within 12 months of purchase.

It’s our way of ensuring that your purchase remains flexible, practical, and risk-free.

How the Buy-Back Works

Our process is simple and hassle-free:

1. Purchase your StudyBed
Choose the items you need and complete your purchase as normal.

2. Request a buy-back within 12 months
If your needs change, simply contact us anytime within one year of your purchase date. (defined as actual date of delivery)

3. We arrange collection
We will organise collection from your property at a mutually convenient time.

4. Receive 50% of your original purchase price
Once collected, we will refund 50% of the original invoice price for the eligible items.

Collection Fee

To cover transport and handling, a collection charge of £160 + VAT per collection applies. (£240 + VAT in Scotland)

This fee will either be deducted from the buy-back value or payable prior to collection

Buy-Back Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all purchases returned under the Buy-Back Promise.

1. Eligibility Period

The buy-back offer applies for up to 12 months from the delivery date.

2. Buy-Back Value

Your StudyBed plus any of our additional furniture items you wish to return will be repurchased at 50% of the original invoice price, This scheme applies to the return of the StudyBed (with or without additonal furniture items) rather than solely any additional furniture

The refund value will be calculated based on the price shown on the original invoice.

3. Collection Fee

A collection fee of £160 + VAT applies per collection appointment in England and Wales, and this is £240 + VAT in Scotland. Unfortunately, we are not able to apply this scheme to items delivered outside of Mainland Great Britain. (eg N. Ireland, Channel Isles, etc)

This charge covers transport, dismantling, handling, and logistics.

4. Condition of Items

Returned furniture must be:

In reasonable and reusable condition without significant damage ( however, a return is still possible but an adjustment can be made if this is the case)
