Steve and Ian did a terrific job with the installation – please tell them so-  and we are so delighted with the study bed – it is like having an additional room.  So we are very happy customers and have told others so.   It was very kind of you to agree to the return of the mattress – we had been afraid our existing only slightly used guestroom one would be too thick but in fact it works perfectly.
