Excellent product, outstanding customer service. A lesson to others on how a company should be run!  

After more than five years of regular use as a bed and desk my StudyBed had a problem the other day with one of its balancing rods. It was critical for me as I needed to use the bed by the weekend for a family visit. But Nigel at the office promptly sorted out a visit and like a Superhero their engineer zoomed in, replaced the faulty part, gave the bed a service, added some handy stops that have improved the design since 2017 and left again for nothing more than my gratitude a friendly hand-shake! Studybed made my day. The quality of desk/bed never ceases to amaze me and my guests and the service offered by the company is friendly and nothing short of first class!

Best piece of furniture we have bought!  

The two gentleman who came and delivered and installed our studybed were superb! … We know that the space was going to be tight… but it was incredibly tight — with literally 1mm or so to spare! And yet the guys managed it, and they didn’t fuss or complain at all. I was absolutely blown away by how professional and how helpful they were! I wish all companies were as good as you guys!! Very many thanks indeed.

  I bought standard double studybed and I think the customer care I received from the company is one of the best in the world. As they don’t have showroom in London they were happy to give me a demo of their different study beds on zoom. There were number of different options available for a small room I had in my flat and when I provided them my room dimensions and rough sketch they came with very clever idea about which studybed would be most appropriate and where I should put the bed in the room. I also went to their showroom to see the studybed before placing the final order and they were happy to offer me taxi to and from the nearest train station. Staff was able to answer all the questions I had in very friendly and approachable way. People who came to assemble the bed were also friendly. Thank you Ben, Judy and Jo for your support during this and I would say the customer care I received from you all is one of the best ones I have ever seen. I look forward to doing business with you in future.
