Right from the initial phone call to Anita at StudyBed I was impressed with the customer service, information and communication. It was easy to order and Anita/Nigel kept me up to date on the phone and via emails. On the morning of the delivery Kevin arrived to install the bed. He rang ahead with his arrival time and arrived with a smile on his face. After the bed was ready, Kevin took the time to show my son how the bed worked and how to take care of it. His instructions were clear and he waited until my son was happy with using it until he left. Kevin was a real ambassador for the company! Thank you to all at StudyBed!
