I am writing to say how pleased we are with the furniture. Our praise goes beyond that though. The whole experience from seeing your product at the Ideal Home Exhibition to travelling for a consultation in your showroom to the final installation has been a sheer delight. We very much appreciated the competence, hard work, reliability and kindness of Sharle and Charlotte.
We cannot speak highly enough of Kevin. He was punctual and worked incredibly hard. It was “service with a smile” at all times. He was courteous and friendly. He also did a good job of explaining how to use and treat the furniture after he’d fitted it.
Thank you for your exceptional service and furniture. We have a wonderful study which we are thrilled to bits with.
