Consummate care and experience
At the risk of “going overboard”, I wish to go on record as saying that the StudyBed level of customer service is second to none! From my initial email enquiry onwards, I was given the finest and most helpful attention on all levels. Judy, always on the end of the phone or email, was/is an absolute Godsend – if only all customer service was this much of an ease and pleasure.
A few days prior to the arrival of the StudyBed, I had an email from Steve, confirming all details and estimated time of arrival; and on the day itself I even had an update by phone as to their progress. Steve and Kevin arrived on time, and in a couple of hours (and in the limited space dictated by my studio room) had assembled the StudyBed with consummate care and expertise. Their attention to detail, and concern that I be shown exactly how to manage the “convert” process, was/were absolute, and I cannot thank them enough for this, and for their friendliness overall. The StudyBed has transformed the room, and the entire feel of the room, and I could not be happier with my purchase. Would recommend to anyone.
