Just wanted to say a great big thank you for your help on Friday with regards to so kindly giving me a shim for free for our StudyBed.
Even though our StudyBed was bought second hand last week, I was so blown away by your help and immediate assistance. Its honestly such an amazing design, its transformed my wife’s study into a 5th bedroom. Your customer service should be the envy of any business!
