  • …fitted beautifully

    We are absolutely delighted with our study bed and I can’t wait to start using it.  I have wanted one of these beds since I saw it at the Ideal Home Show in London around 3 years ago.  You provided us with all the information we required and helped us solve the problems we encountered due to the size of our room.  Nigel was patient with us when we had to postpone the fitting and speedy when it came to having the bed fitted.  Nothing has been too much trouble and we are very pleased with the whole service we received from you.  The guys that came to fit the bed were well presented, friendly and fitted the bed beautifully.  Thank you all very much!

  • …brilliant service

    Very useful and practical, brilliant service every step of the way. The fitting guys were very friendly and respectful of our new property, and they managed to find the property even though it’s a new build and not yet on the sat nav.

    Not only was I impressed by the quality of the installation, design and functionality of the bed I am OVERWHELMED by the consideration your company and installers showed to my  son.

    Your installers have been BRILLIANT through out the process, and the gift of a  book you left him was such a kind gesture. He was absolutely delighted and also overwhelmed.

    I want to thank everyone in the team for being so kind, professional, caring and compassionate. You went well beyond the required levels of customer service into a whole new world. If I ever meet any of you I owe you all a debt of thanks that words cannot begin to express.

  • ….ideal solution

    As we are changing 20% usage from Office to Overnight Accommodation, i.e. Airbnb, the StudyBed is an ideal solution, as can quickly be reverted to Office when we need it to be, but providing the full comfort of a bed that you would expect when seeking accommodation.

    Was very pleased with my previous Studybed, and all the extras, I gradually added on.  So haven’t hesitated in ordering another to suit our future plans, this time with the wardrobe.

    Just want to say that the service has been wonderful!! 

    Genuinely, the professionalism, friendliness and quality of the interaction throughout the process has been wonderful.

  • …delighted

    I am delighted with the StudyBed which was installed this week.  

    Kevin was most helpful and efficient. He phoned to give me an arrival time to which he kept, assembled the bed swiftly and explained its action and ensured that I could ‘operate’ it before he left.

    The StudyBed fits into quite a small room and really does only take seconds to transfer from desk to bed.
