  I just wanted to contact you with a bit of feedback for your employee who visited us.
  I just wanted to say what a credit to your organisation he was, he arrived with a smile and no complaints having to carry all the pieces from his van up the drive, into the building and up the stairs.
  He was polite and engaging with my team then worked efficiently getting the job complete quickly to an excellent standard with no mess left behind.

  Kevin and Stephen just came to fix our study bed. I wanted to let you know they  did a great job and it now works like new!
  They were also very personable and keen to provide the best service to the customer – not in the bullshit marketing way that so many companies say they are “focussed on the customer” etc – they just did it.

  Just wanted to say that we love the study bed and it’s been put through
  it’s paces as both a bed and desk since it was installed and gets top
  marks in all aspects!

  I’d also like to say thank you to the 2 gentlemen that fitted the bed

  it together in a tight space, very professional, polite and cleanly
