• Remarkable impact… 

  Just to let you know my daughter is very happy with her new Studybed and as soon as she has sorted her room out I will send you a picture. The studybed has already made a remarkable impact on her work life as the desk is so long and wide that she is now able to work comfortably and have a larger monitor, which has made all the difference to her!
  The cupboard is also much larger and deeper than expected so everything has now been tidied away and her box room looks considerably larger, so we are very pleased with the overall product.
  Also, the two gentlemen that came to install the study bed were really professional, came on time and were really helpful with any queries.

• Consummate care and experience

  At the risk of “going overboard”, I wish to go on record as saying that the StudyBed level of customer service is second to none! From my initial email enquiry onwards, I was given the finest and most helpful attention on all levels. Judy, always on the end of the phone or email, was/is an absolute Godsend – if only all customer service was this much of an ease and pleasure.

  A few days prior to the arrival of the StudyBed, I had an email from Steve, confirming all details and estimated time of arrival; and on the day itself I even had an update by phone as to their progress. Steve and Kevin arrived on time, and in a couple of hours (and in the limited space dictated by my studio room) had assembled the StudyBed with consummate care and expertise. Their attention to detail, and concern that I be shown exactly how to manage the “convert” process, was/were absolute, and I cannot thank them enough for this, and for their friendliness overall. The StudyBed has transformed the room, and the entire feel of the room, and I could not be happier with my purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

•  Really solved a space issue
  We are absolutely delighted with the StudyBed, it has really solved a space issue we were facing and provided us with a very high quality solution.
  Kevin and James fitted our bed and were brilliant and explaining everything, looking at our options etc.

• Above and beyond expectations

  The product is great, I’m very happy with the quality and the customer service is superb. I managed to damage my bed when dismantling it to move it (the instructions could have been clearer but it was 100% on me and not the company) and when I contacted them they sent out a team with a replacement part for no charge. Above and beyond expectations.
