I am the manager at Burley Heights where we had one of your study beds was delivered and installed today.
I just wanted to contact you with a bit of feedback for your employee who visited us.
I just wanted to say what a credit to your organisation he was, he arrived with a smile and no complaints having to carry all the pieces from his van up the drive, into the building and up the stairs.
He was polite and engaging with my team then worked efficiently getting the job complete quickly to an excellent standard with no mess left behind.
Please could you pass on my thanks to him as I was in a meeting when he left.
