I would just like to say how pleased we are with these purchases. We have now had three of these beds for well over a year in three of our care homes and I must say they are still as good as the day we bought them, despite the heavy usage that they get.
They are used for sleeping on every night by our sleep in staff and are slept on each night by a different staff member. During the day they are used by the manager/staff in the desk option for the paperwork and administration that is required in the home.
The fact that they come with an option to have additional matching storage is another bonus and an option that we took up in two of our homes that have greater restriction with space.
This piece of furniture has enabled us to easily and comfortably use our rooms flexibly, in order to provide, suitable, durable and comfortable sleeping in bed for our staff to use at night time and then, with one easy movement, allow staff to transform the furniture to the desk complete with a computer already set up, for the office facility that is required in the care home during the day.
We could not be more pleased with the product and look forward to receiving the new bed in the New Year.
