Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say we are very pleased with our new StudyBed and my wife and I would like to say thanks to the team that attended and built it up. Having being a tradesmen myself some time ago and now someone responsible for driving customer experience, the guys were a pleasure and a great advert for your product and brand. They were extremely polite, very knowledgeable, clean and tidy and most of all tolerated our two small boys who are a handful!
In terms of our experience as a customer it was first class.
