Just had to write and say a huge big thank you to all of you at The StudyBed Company. We took delivery and installation of our Study Bed yesterday 23/8/12 with top cupboard and set of drawers and are absolutely thrilled to bits with it, the quality and finish are superb, attention to detail second to none and so easy to use.
We ordered this online without seeing it in the flesh so to speak, as the concept was brilliant. Having never seen the quality of their products this was a little daunting but we should not have worried as it far exceeded our expectations, like I said earlier the quality and finish are superb.
So for all those who are unable to get to the showroom and are wondering if they should order online, go for it because you really will be pleased you did.
We cannot sing the praises of this product enough, it has made a very small room bigger and usable and I have to say a talking point.
From the first point of contact to the installation, everyone has been friendly, courteous and approachable; nothing is too much trouble, all in all, good old fashioned service how things used to be. Really good to know some companies are still striving for this and The StudyBed Company offers it in oodles.
