First – from start to finish it has been a real pleasure dealing with your firm: and I really mean that.
Apart from that you were wholly unfazed and helpful when we dithered at the last moment: to even volunteer to refund the whole price we had paid in advance is the kind of behaviour that I thought one could only dream about in the 21st century.
