…head and shoulders above the rest

I travel a lot with my job and work with clients world-wide, and I know from personal experience that it’s very rare to get the sort of level of customer care offered by yourself- especially in the UK. So often you receive a “sorry, can’t do” attitude rather than a “can do” attitude. I really appreciate the pro-active approach you have taken to make a very awkward space work. It’s those sort of things that make your company stand head and shoulders above the rest.
