Having recently taken delivery of a new StudyBed, I just wanted to let you know how impressed we are with both the product and the quality of service we received.
From our initial enquiry to the final installation, your staff have gone out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and sensible advice was offered with no pressure when we were undecided about which one to buy.
The Bed was delivered on time and your employees who assembled it were extremely professional in both manner and expertise.
