Congratulations!
We have just had a couple of your men to our flat to replace a failed gas strut in the bed mechanism. We felt we had to drop you a line to congratulate them on their general demeanour and efficiency, even before they arrived! You gave us a 2 hour window when the visit was arranged, and half an hour before they were due, they phoned to give their anticipated time of arrival. One of them (Kevin) even remembered coming just under a year ago to fit the bed originally (It all had to come up three flights of stairs – and no lift!) but even on that occasion they were just as pleasant and cheerful.
Your men are a credit to your business! Even although they had to virtually dismantle the bed to correct the fault, it was done with such good will and grace – they gave the impression that nothing would be too much trouble!
Thank you again for your prompt attention to our request. The bed is excellent and well worth the investment we made in it when we moved into our new flat a year ago.
