We identified the Study Bed on the internet, arranged to go to their show rooms and there received excellent assistance and advice. The ordering process was uncomplicated. From that time we continued to receive great advice on the fitting of the product, what was required within our room and other queries we had; positioning of electric sockets etc.
An appointment to install was made that suited both us and the Company. Being in Mid Devon was not a problem to them at all.
The fitting was carried out very professionally, cleanly and very swiftly. A full demonstration and instruction with safety advice was given.
It is a quality product, with a seamless process; viewing, ordering, installation. It’s comfortable, not only when in use, but also to know full back up is available.
We thoroughly recommend the Study Bed.’
