  • Blown away
    The two gentleman who came and delivered and installed our studybed were superb! … We know that the space was going to be tight… but it was incredibly tight — with literally 1mm or so to spare! And yet the guys managed it, and they didn’t fuss or complain at all.
    I was absolutely blown away by how professional and how helpful they were!
    I wish all companies were as good as you guys!!

  • Best in the World

     

    I bought standard double studybed and I think the customer care I received from the company is one of the best in the world. As they don’t have showroom in London they were happy to give me a demo of their different study beds on zoom. There were number of different options available for a small room I had in my flat and when I provided them my room dimensions and rough sketch they came with very clever idea about which studybed would be most appropriate and where I should put the bed in the room. I also went to their showroom to see the studybed before placing the final order and they were happy to offer me taxi to and from the nearest train station. Staff was able to answer all the questions I had in very friendly and approachable way. People who came to assemble the bed were also friendly. Thank you Ben, Judy and Jo for your support during this and I would say the customer care I received from you all is one of the best ones I have ever seen. I look forward to doing business with you in future.

  • beyond the call..

     

    You have all gone beyond the call of duty and so helped me to transform an overcrowded dump room into a beautiful office/bedroom. A room I can now truly enjoy and share, thanks to the unique team at StudyBed

  •  a stick of Blackpool Rock…

    I just wanted to drop you a line,  to say thank you for all the help and advice we received from the team at StudyBed, with our recent purchase.

    The first thing to say is that we are absolutely thrilled with our StudyBed. The quality is terrific, and it is exactly what we were looking for to furnish our small 3rd bedroom, which we will now use principally as a Study but can convert to a bedroom when we have a number of visitors.

    In a world where it seems that complaining is way of life, I think it is important to recognize the fantastic service we have had from the individuals we have had contact with throughout the process of finding, enquiring, buying, collection, delivery and assembly of our StudyBed.

    This started with Dawn, who was demonstrating the StudyBed at Crufts and was very helpful, informative, and encouraged us to make touch with the office in Thame to establish if the StudyBed could be delivered to our home in South Eastern Spain. Although a little time passed before we returned to Spain this is where you picked up the ball. You have been so helpful and pleasant to work with during the process of dealing with the initial enquiry, answering further questions, and then confirming our order and getting production underway. At this point Nigel became our point of contact. Initially confirming when the StudyBed would be ready for collection and then ensuring the various parts were so well wrapped and protected that our transport company collected all the parts and delivered them here to us in perfect condition. There was bit of a delay while we waited for some plug sockets to be moved but once this was done, my wife and I were able to assemble the StudyBed, following the clear instructions,  without too many “head scratching” moments and Chris was on hand yesterday to help us with these! I have sent you pictures of the assembled StudyBed in situ and, as mentioned earlier in this note, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

    The one constant theme throughout the purchase experience has been the very friendly team at StudyBed who are clearly totally committed to delivering an excellent experience for customers. Like a stick of Blackpool Rock this quality seems to run through the company and as corporate culture starts at the top your MD should be very proud of his team and his business.

    Once again, many thanks for all you and your colleagues have done to help us. We would be very happy to allow your potential customers to view the StudyBed, although I suspect that you may not have to many of those in this part of the world.  Having said that I am sure our StudyBed will generate a lot of interest amongst our friends!

  •  Gained another room

    More than happy with our new study bed. We are making good use of it and it feels like we’ve gained another room in the flat, which has made it a worthwhile investment. A couple of friends and family have expressed an interest already. Ian, your delivery/furniture assembly person was pleasant and did a great job and was attentive throughout ensuring the common areas were not damaged

      I am delighted with my study bed furniture – it has been much admired by everyone who has seen it.  Just this morning, the electrician who moved the socket for me, came back to finish some other work and said he’d never seen anything like it!  He was very impressed.

  • We had our (double) study bed delivered and installed earlier this week. We’re very pleased with the result. The StudyBed is a well made and good looking piece of furniture. When closed the desk area is vast! Wonderful for computer work, arts and crafts etc. The desk easily converts into a comfortable bed without having to remove any items from the desk – magic!
    During the ordering and purchasing process it was refreshing to know that we could call the team, if needed, without queues or going through voice activated options. Judy (Sales Controller) and Nigel (Operations Manager) were quick to respond to our questions and Ian did a great job installing the bed. This is an efficient, professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team – the definition of good customer service!
