  • Just WOW!

     

    Having struggled with the issue of our only spare bedroom being our study and also a space for guests to stay, we discovered the Study bed company online. As we live in the North East it was too far to visit so after a couple of phone calls, emails etc we placed our order for a double bed with top boxes hoping to solve our storage problems at the same time. Our order was delivered last week, which was earlier than anticipated. I needed the installation to be done in a time frame as I needed to go to work. Ian was fantastic . He was prompt and efficient, friendly and affable. Considering he’d been on the road since 5 am and had already done one installation this was much more than I’d expect. The installation was done in the time frame and after an explanation of how to work it,Ian left and I went to work. My husband arrived home whilst I was at work and messaged me with the word ‘wow’, which sums it up really. We are delighted with it, the top boxes are spacious, the mattress is comfortable and as I have back issues this is important. It has solved all our issues of space, storage and a bed for guests. Couldn’t be more pleased.

    I’m very happy to say that the bed has been an immediate success,  

    Can I also take this opportunity to say that the installers, Steve and Kev, were brilliant ambassadors for StudyBed. Their patience, skill and good humour was excellent and they made our installation a pleasant and simple process. Their knowledge of the product helped us in the location in the bedroom and we didn’t have to refer to my husbands drawings once.

    You have a very satisfied customer and I will be letting all my friends know when I show it off to them.

  •  Courteous and professional
    I just want to write to say that the shelf arrived this week. Also I want to pass on how happy we are with our StudyBed. It has really exceeded my expectations in terms of being a great working desk (height and design-wise). It also accommodates my sit/stand platform while giving me plenty of room for sketches (I am a designer).
    On a separate point, I want to drop you a line to say that we were impressed by how courteous and professional your installers were. Kudos to Ben and co. We will be sure to recommend you to friends in the future, who might also looking to make the most of a room in a smallish Brighton flat! The room is perfect now.

    I wanted to write in to say that the installers of our study beds were absolutely fantastic on Tuesday. They were friendly and polite, very communicative and made sure I was happy with the positions of the StudyBeds.
    Their professionalism and excellent quality work really enhance the equally excellent quality of the StudyBeds! 
    Thank you all very much for such a great service from start to finish. The kids are absolutely delighted with their new beds and with our 5 year old’s permission, my husband finally has a proper space to work from home!
    I will be taking measurements of the spaces next to the beds to see if your bookshelves fit!

  • My actual experience with The StudyBed Company..

    I was looking for a solution where I could accommodate a full bed and desk. We have a small room, so something like the studybed (I ordered the majestic) was a great idea. I was initially looking at the sofabeds amongst other things, but needed an actual bed with a proper mattress (due to back pain) and the studybed was perfect for this as they were able to accommodate a full actual bed. Communication with the pre sales team at studybed was both helpful and regular. There were regular emails between myself and the studybed team and they were able to accommodate my measurements and requests, so not only was the regular communication reassuring, it gave peace of mind as well. Onto the actual installation itself, the chaps who fitted my studybed were polite courteous and considerate. They called me beforehand to let me know when they were coming and I appreciated this. The fitters were very dilligent in their work and took the time to show me how to operate the studybed and were open to answering any questions I had. To illustrate how courteous the fitters were, they put felt material on the studybed legs so as to not scratch the laminate flooring, I thought this was a really nice touch. Even as they were leaving, I remembered that I wanted some more felt material on the studybed legs, to help me pull out the studybed and the fitters even accommodated this as well, great service indeed. Thank you to those of you who have taken the time to read this long review. I hope the length of the review gives you reassurance about my actual experience with the studybed company. I did research other companies who were offering similar flip out beds, but they were considerably more expensive. Studybed offered a very cost efficient and effective product and service. Thank you to all individuals who were involved in my studybed order and installation as well as the wider studybed team as a whole. I wish you every success in the future.

  • life changing…
    Over two years on and we are just so so thrilled with our daughter’s StudyBed. It really has been life changing for her in terms of the small space she had.
    My boss also loves her son’s one that she bought after I showed her ours. It’s always nerve wrecking recommending to others, but she was and still is thrilled.

  • first-class service in all departments…

    My spare bedroom is my study, and is also where my guests sleep. When I am using it as a study it was usually cluttered, and when it had a put-you-up-bed it was very cramped, hence I thought a StudyBed with top box and wardrobe unit with shelving for files would be the answer. My StudyBed was delivered yesterday, it is coloured white and blue and now makes an exceptionally attractive feature, and looks unique. I am absolutely delighted. The service I received from StudyBed, both at the showroom and with the two Kevins who undertook the installation was faultless. I only wish more companies gave such first-class service in all departments.
