  • Fantastic helpfulness

     

    I just wanted to thank you all for everything related to our new StudyBed — your patience as I completed the order over months, the quality of the StudyBed, your flexibility in adding the top box and the fantastic helpfulness on site as it was being put together. Although neither of us could be there on the day, our cleaner said she has never met such a kind and helpful person installing anything before.

    The bed and the desk are so sturdy and look fantastic. We are truly delighted!

  • Worth every penny

     

    I can’t credit StudyBed enough. From the moment I contacted them they were amazingly responsive and helpful – everyone who works there is wonderful and really knows their stuff. I had the StudyBed installed today in my flat in Brixton and the installation experience was as seamless as the rest. I wasn’t sure if my mattress would fit so they brought one of their own in case, with absolutely no pressure to purchase it if not necessary. I’m only 12 hours into having it, but so far worth every penny and if anyone’s tight for space – definitely invest in a StudyBed.

    Steve and Ian did a terrific job with the installation – please tell them so-  and we are so delighted with the study bed – it is like having an additional room.  So we are very happy customers and have told others so.  
    It was very kind of you to agree to the return of the mattress – we had been afraid our existing only slightly used guestroom one would be too thick but in fact it works perfectly.

    Thank you for arranging the installation last week.
    Both Steve and Ian were brilliant in setting up the Bed and other furniture. Please pass on our appreciation to both of them for their service.
    And specifically, a special note of “Thanks” to the entire Study Bed team from my 9 year old daughter and 5 year old son,  for the very kind gesture of sending along two “Study Teds”. 🙂
