..just downsized

The design is excellent and construction standards are very good. The whole ordering, delivery and installation process worked to plan and the installation team were very friendly, efficient and did an excellent job.

We have just downsized from a four bedroom detached house to an apartment which is approximately half the floor area. Space is, therefore, a premium so the main attraction of the StudyBed is that it allows a guest bedroom, which is rarely used, to function as a study for most of the time and then be easily converted into a bedroom when we have guests.

The speed at which it can be transformed is truly amazing. Not having to clear the desk and leaving the bed made when stowed away makes the switch so easy.

The drawer unit is also extremely useful as it provides good storage for office items and files but the is easily moved to form a bedside table in bed mode.

A good product and highly recommended.

best bit of kit ever

We purchased a single study bed with top box, mattress, and wardrobe in 2013. Firstly its the best bit of kit ever. Its sturdy, practical and stylish. It saw my daughter through school and college.

It still seems to be in first class condition and works as smoothly as ever.

worth its weight in Gold

I purchased a small double StudyBed for my daughter. From the moment I made contact to present day the communication has been exceptional and I would say the bed has been one of the best investments we have ever made, especially since Covid and our daughter needing to study at home. Over a year after purchase we developed a minor problem and the team did not hesitate to arrange a home visit and the gentlemen who came were so polite and happy to help. Studybed are proof of why shopping with an independent store is worth its weight in gold and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

nothing too much trouble

The guys were great and nothing was too much trouble. We’re really pleased with the finished article and it has been put to good use in both modes immediately.

I wanted to thank you for taking so much trouble – I’ve certainly had previous experiences of things not going quite to plan, but I’ve never dealt with a company that went to such lengths to put things right: customer service bar none.

Worth the expense 100%

After much research emails and questions I was excited but anxious in my purchase.

The size of the room we wanted the bed to go into wasn’t the normal size box room. We had built a side extension on our house and the angles we were allowed by planning permission was awkward.

I had a very tight timescale and wanted the study bed for a student before Christmas.

Communication on all levels was received and very clear.

I was thankful for a 2 week timescale and the day arrived when Will and Steve came.

A call was received on the day that within the hour to timescale they were on their way.

Will and Steve were friendly polite and greeting me with a smile ready for the fit.

The room was shown and I asked both Will & Steve to please give their opinion where the study bed would be best suitable. As both my husband and I couldn’t work out what would be best.

Within a minute Steve & Will suggested the study bed would be best built at a angle.

2 hours later the studybed was fitted.

The guys are tidy and ever so patient.

I was overjoyed with new design and layout of our new room. Looks fabulous. The study bed is strong and I have no regrets. Worth the expense 100%

usable bedroom plus tidy study

I’m sitting at my new desk and am pretty chuffed with it all. I winced when I first saw the price but I’m happy to say that I’ll get over it and I get to keep this good quality product which will no doubt last many years. I was actually won over when I saw you were supplying university halls of residence, I’m quite sure we won’t expose it to the treatment it might get in those circumstances!

Thanks also for the excellent way you have dealt with us and for fitting in with our time constraints. Ron and his pal installed it carefully and perfectly although there were only millimetres to spare! We now have a usable small bedroom and I have a very tidy study
