    I’m absolutely thrilled with my StudyBed as I knew I would be.  Brian and Will were delightful installers and although we had to be “socially distanced” we all got on very well and it was a joy to have them there.

    I slept in the bed for 2 nights on Monday & Tuesday before coming home on Wednesday, and was very secure & comfortable.

    Please pass on my regards to Judy Robinson who was so helpful when I visited your workshop in Thame last year.  Every contact I’ve had with any of you has been just great and I’d unhesitatingly recommend the company to all and sundry.

  • ..changes the room so much

     

    The bed is once again beautiful and really changed her bedroom.  I can see why she’s so delighted, just fabulous.  It changes her room so much from a girls room to a real teenage base. Lockdown school has been a joy to her, including exams and I can totally see why. Thank you and your team so much for another amazing job in really trying circumstances.  Ordering, delivery, quality and of course the build were brilliant.

    I just wanted to take a few minutes to provide some positive feedback to the arrangements you recently made for us, as detailed below. Two gentlemen duly arrived last Wednesday, as you had informed us, and carried out the necessary work in a very pleasant and efficient manner and left us with a StudyBed that now operates as silently and smoothly as it did when we purchased it a number of years ago. 

    We have always been happy to tell friends about the StudyBed and demonstrate its ease of operation as we feel it is one of the most valuable, sensible and space-saving purchases we have ever made.  We shall now add that, despite the length of time that has passed since we first purchased our StudyBed, your customer service equals the high standard of the furniture and this we feel is both uncommon and impressive.

  • ..true to your word

    We purchased our StudyBed some years ago following a visit to your stand at the Ideal Home Exhibition.  It has been one of the most valuable, sensible and wise purchases we have ever made and we have always been happy to tell and demonstrate it to friends.

    Despite the length of time that has passed since we purchased the bed, on visiting the Exhibition in March 2019 we spoke to someone on your stand and mentioned that its operation had become increasingly noisy.   Our details were recorded and we were informed that when you were next in our area – someone would call in and address the problem.   Unlike many companies, you were true to your word and we received a telephone call followed by a confirmation  email giving us the date and  a 2-hour arrival slot.  Two gentlemen called in  and sorted everything out.  They were very pleasant and efficient and the desk/bed now operates silently, despite its age!

    We just wanted to take a few minutes to give you some very positive feedback and thank you again for your great customer service.  We have always been very happy to recommend your StudyBed and can now add that your customer service equals its high standard.

    Thank you all for everything. The desk bed is fantastic, it’s not often my husband is so impressed by something but he’s delighted with it. Its so smart and sturdy. He was also very impressed by the service and asks me to pass on his thanks to Will and Chris. They did a great job and were great guys.

    We have found the staff of Study Bed to be very courteous, helpful, and pleasurable to deal with. They have all had the right blend of a businesslike, yet lighthearted, and friendly approach which we think is appropriate in these difficult times. 
    We also appreciate it is very difficult for companies to operate during this crisis but apart from having to build ourselves which on completion we found very satisfying. (Something that Nigel eluded to in an email)
    and a short delay from order to delivery, you wouldn’t really know the business world has been turned upside down due to the virus. 
    Thanks again for your prompt reply, we will have no problem recommending your products to our family and friends who are all eager to see it in the flesh having seen photos.

    most pleasurable purchasing experiences

    Dear Judy

    I just wanted to write to let you know how impressed we are with the StudyBed we purchased for our youngest son. From start to finish I can honestly say that this has been one of the most pleasurable purchasing experiences I have ever had. You and your company clearly care passionately about great customer service. It is so refreshing to experience this in an age of fast consumerism.

    From speaking to you during my initial enquiry I have always felt that you are a company who can be trusted to make things go right with such a big purchase. Your customer contact and communication is second to none.

    The installation team were wonderfully polite and considerate. And they finished the job in professionally and quickly leaving absolutely no mess behind.

    I had a difficult job persuading my other half that this was the right way to make the best of a small room, especially now that our son is having to do all his learning at home. He was blown away by engineering and high quality construction of the StudyBed, but also the difference it has made to the space in the room!

    My son is also thrilled that he no longer has to sit hunched over underneath a high sleeper bed whilst studying from home.

    We would just like to take this opportunity to thank you all so much for your service during these difficult times. All the staff we spoke to on the phone couldn’t do enough to help us and were extremely friendly. Your fitters were always on time and so professional. We could not be more pleased with the finished effect and just need lockdown to be over so that the rooms can be fully enjoyed by our visitors. Our friend in California had a demonstration on skype and wants to know if he can buy one over there?
