couple of quality issues

Having seen their products at the Ideal Home Show a few times they have been on my “Must Have” list since. So this year, at last, the time was right and I was able to buy two. I had one in oak and one painted to my chosen colour. They kept me informed throughout the manufacture and the guys that came to install were lovely. They noticed when completing the install that there were a couple of quality issues they weren’t happy with, note: it wasn’t left to me to spot, they pointed them out to me! So today, two fitters came to replace the necessary parts. Can not recommend this company highly enough. Worth every penny

We had 17 viewings of our bungalow and I showed each of them the Study Bed in both modes. Everyone was so impressed and many wanted it left in place when we moved. Who knows it could result in more orders for you.

..precision and care

The gentlemen who delivered my bed and the work they did was absolutely fantastic. Even though they ended up arriving late they did everything to precision, and cared about my house as it was their own.

..excelled

Your guys came this morning and moved the desk for me, so that I could replace the network sockets. The desk is in place and my office is now set up and running again.

Thank you very much for your prompt and courteous response. It is impossible to ensure that things always go without a glitch; specially in a case like yesterday when your two very helpful and professional installers made a mistake that could happen to anyone. After all, they are not electricians so they had no obligation to plug the wires for me. What makes a company stand out is how these situations are handled. and you excelled at that. I could not ask for more.
