..had reservations

Just to let you know the assembly of the study bed went really well with the help of my grandson Peter.Really pleased with quality of finish and very sturdy, had reservations about it being free standing but whole structure is solid no movement . Very ingenius design now Peter has much more room as bed folds away so easily.

I must say that we have been most impressed with the very high standard of customer service we have received right from our initial telephone contact with you through to completion of the installation. Everyone has been so efficient and professional as well as being courteous and jolly pleasant.
Oh, and we are absolutely delighted with our new StudyBed.

I just wanted to write and back up how delighted we are.

Mark and Ron even with the first phone call to say when they were arriving were happy and helpful! When they arrived they were so professional and worked very hard and quickly in the cold weather. They explained fully how it would be set up and when encountering a few teething problems with the skirting and our wonky house, they explained fully and have done a superb job. They even asked for the vacuum! Before leaving they thoroughly explained how the system works and made sure I knew what to and asked for me to demo before leaving. I can’t believe what a difference it has made and the mattress is really comfortable. The family will be fighting for it over Christmas!

I can’t thank you enough, Anita for being so helpful on the phone, to the speedy delivery before Christmas! The quality of the product and the most charming men I have met in a long time! British manufacturing at its best with second to none customer service! May it long continue!

Jeff and I are delighted with the quality and finish of the bed and other fitments. The two installers – the Two Kevins – did an excellent job and were a delight to meet.

..clever and functional

We are delighted with the StudyBed, it’s a good looking, clever and functional piece of furniture. Any visitor to our house is now given a demonstration! The fitters put it together quickly and were friendly and helpful.

The delivery/fitters were excellent with my parents, they loved their attitude and the fact that one of them knew British Sign Language was a huge bonus!
