    Thank you for your email.  We are delighted with our new StudyBed.  We have now had the opportunity to put our mattress and bedding in place and set up our computer, etc on the desk.  It all works brilliantly!
    When buying something online, sight unseen, as we did, one tends to have some concerns – will it look as good as it does in the video clip?  Will it really work that easily?  What is the wood finish really like? … and so on. We needn’t have worried.  It really is a fantastic product, sturdy, well-made, all the details well thought-out and it looks very smart.
    The ordering and installation process all went very smoothly and everyone I dealt with at StudyBed was very pleasant and helpful.  So a big thank you to you all!

  • …assisted in such a helpful manner

    A while ago I phoned you and asked for some help and info on dismantling and constructing a second hand StudyBed I was buying (from a previous customer of yours).    This you provided for me without fuss and hesitation. A week or so later I collected this bed and upon putting it back together in my house, I found I was some small parts missing. One phone call to yourself and in 2 days I had the parts ready to finish my desk/bed. I cant thank you enough for such kind, prompt and timely help…all with no charge to me also!

    Many a company would not have assisted in such a helpful manner , especially when I was not making a purchase from you.

    I was extremely satisfied with the installation team and with their professionalism and attention to detail.  The StudyBed is exactly as advertised.  A quality product whose operation is a delight to engage, it’s so easy.  The bed has already been used, and was indeed comfortable – my guest overslept!
