The study looks fantastic, Steve and his colleague worked very hard to give us an amazing finish to the room and to also have additional shelves will enable us to change the wardrobe layout in the future.

Even the pads used to protect the wardrobe door knocking on the window sill and behind the main door where the bookcase it situated, is an added bonus and I am sure no other company would of thought about this, making the install extra special

…left feeling confident

The installation was efficient and friendly, and I was left feeling confident about using the changeover routine. Thank you all.

When a slight factory defect was noticed in the mattress, your after-service person immediately offered a replacement mattress as soon as possible. It actually appeared a very good mattress, but a sewing machine problem had occurred, on the side cover, which was not readily visible on delivery, as it comes in a strong plastic covering.

I find the two mobile under desk units invaluable, and have everything at my finger tips for working at the desk. The units are easily moved out to serve as a TV stand / night stand at the bottom of the bed for guests when switched to bed mode.

I wanted to say how happy I have been with my StudyBed

and to say thank-you so much for all the effort everybody went to to make sure that I ended up with a colour that I was happy with. I really love the Studybed, it has enabled me to make much better use of the room, I get so many compliments on it when I have visitors, and my ten year old niece loves her ‘bed in the wall’.

We are delighted with the look and the technology built-in to our StudyBed. It is fantastic to look at among our bookshelves and the practicality is great. I would also like to commend the company on the team who came to install the bed – they were very friendly and professional. In terms of service levels, I did in fact have one misgiving about the bed and this was immediately satisfied, with no questions asked. StudyBed are one company completely dedicated to customer satisfaction – how rare is that today?

…lovely, courteous and polite

The two men who came to install the StudyBed were lovely, courteous and polite. They explained everything and did not rush. They made sure that I could manage the bed before they left.

I must say I was particularly impressed with Louis. He is a young man but it was clear he knew his product and he took great care in explaining things. I am a lot older than he is but he was patient and explained things carefully. A lot of youngsters quickly explain and are keen to move on but he and Kevin freely gave time. I was impressed. Both men were a good advert for the company, as indeed are you and the other people I have dealt with. Thank you so much, all of you, for your help. You do provide wonderful customer service.

…brilliant, I love it

Due to my 9 year old daughter loving her new bed ( She actually screamed with delight when she saw it. ) Anyone who comes anywhere near the house has been shown the bed and lots of her friends love it.

When I asked her what she thinks of her new bed now she’s had it for just over a week she said. Brilliant, I love it, it’s exciting because in the day it is a desk and at night your bed. You don’t have to take everything off your desk when getting the bed down and even a glass of water wouldn’t spill when moving it.- Alannah age 9
