“My nomination for Best British Company 2015!

All their products are superb (in my case, a single study bed, top box and under desk cabinet). Expensive at first glance but absolutely top quality and excellent value for money when you receive it. The installers are excellent too, they take a real pride in their work and are great ambassadors for the company.

What sets this company apart from any other I’ve encountered is the level of customer care and after sales support. Here are three examples:

I was worried that my computer screen might be too big for the desk as it was right on the limits stated. Having discussed this face-to-face with staff exhibiting at the Ideal Home Show, they were able to alter my order slightly to ensure a perfect fit. Amazing! A few months later, we moved house and I decided to take the study bed apart myself and re-assemble it in our new home. Again the company could not have been more supportive. Finally, I contrived to lose a small silver trunnion in the re-assembly process. Not absolutely mission critical but highly annoying nonetheless. One phone call to Study Bed and the trunnion appeared in the post the next day.

…worried it wouldn’t fit

I Just thought I would drop a line to say thank you to you and the team who came to fit the StudyBed 3 weeks ago. They were very friendly and professional and got the job done in the specified time. It was a tight squeeze and I was worried that it wouldn’t fit. But they assured me it would and it did, it’s just perfect and looks fab. To say our 11 year daughter loves her new room is an understatement. She shows it off to everyone and they are all amazed at how well it works – especially as they had never seen a study bed before. So thank you again, also I have some free time in the evenings now as my daughter hardly leaves her room, she has the space to do her homework, and in her words “chill out and listen to some tunes”.

I am absolutely delighted with my study bed. The quality of product is excellent , it does exactly ” what it says on the tin” and the fitters have done an amazing job to get it all so smoothly aligned against an old uneven wall.

…transformed our study

I’d like to thank you very much for an amazing product and positive experience throughout! From first contact to completion your service has been amazing! Even after being stuck in traffic, nothing was too much for the fitters and the end product is stunning.

The quality of the build is excellent and so easy to use. The cupboards are cavernous and it has transformed our study! Great for both us and our Grandchildren!

..felt so re-assured

I just wanted to say many thanks for the exemplary customer service I have received from yourself and your colleagues at StudyBed. Never before had I felt so re-assured and experienced such a high quality customer service. The process from initially raising the query to the swift arrangements of repairing the studybed in a matter of a couple of weeks has been so smooth.

I will not hesitate to recommend the product along with the associated customer service to my friends and family.

Usually I do not take the extra step to praise the customer service, I just couldn’t not say anything in this particular case!

….Brilliant and would recommend!!

I have a very small spare room which is considered as a study room, and had doubts any bed would fit in this room. I have been looking at space saving furniture for my small apartment to utilise the space for a while, and had came across StudyBed website and read feedback and videos. There are similar products out there, but StudyBed was more appealing due the product being more robust, sturdy and longer lasting.

Last weekend I had finally have my double StudyBed (oh yes double bed!) installed by Andy and Josh, who were brilliant and very professional. They would make sure they were happy with installing the StudyBed before leaving, which assures me they did a great job.

My best buy for the year and well invested, and would definitely recommend to anyone who has a spare room, but unsure what to do. The team of experts at StudyBed will be able to help you with any queries. A very very satisfied customer!

…so easy to convert

I just wanted to say how delighted I am with my StudyBed purchase. My office/spare room has been transformed! It looks great, I have plenty of space on the desk and it is so easy to convert from desk to bed. My room now looks much neater and tidier and has an office feel during the day. Your fitter was a delightful man and I felt totally comfortable leaving him to do the installation, as I had to go out to a meeting.

….nothing too much trouble
