  From our initial enquiry to the final installation, your staff have gone out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our purchase.  Nothing was too much trouble and sensible advice was offered with no pressure when we were undecided about which one to buy.

  Thank you so much for this Anita.  Your bed is fantastic – several of my neighbours are really taken with it!  I am impressed with the way your company dealt with my order; the arrangements for delivery and the delivery and fitting of the bed all went very well with the bed arriving when you said it would and the fitters were very friendly, helpful and explained how to use the bed/desk very well.   The two men who came to build and install were fantastic. Clean well presented and very polite.
  The install was completely trouble free and they explained everything perfectly.

  I apologise for the delay in writing but I wanted to wait until my guests, the fussiest of sleepers had slept in the StudyBed.
  I have to say the whole thing from the design to comfort was a hit !

  We just wanted to say we are really happy with the StudyBed.  It has transformed our spare bedroom, which now feels like a room with a ‘purpose’ and we have got our dining room back, now the computer has moved to its new home, upstairs.
  The two technicians who installed the bed were extremely helpful, efficient and worked proactively to address some minor installation issues.
  We ended up at the Ideal Home exhibition on bank holiday Monday and in our opinion the StudyBed was one of the most innovative products in the show.

• …solid and comfortable

   

  Well, we’ve now had our study bed since July 2013, (19 months) and it seems timely to write and let you know just how delighted we’ve been with it, and it’s associated top box and under desk unit. You should also know how pleased we were with the way that you looked after us and our requirements from our first visit to the company in 2012, to the present day. In short, we could not have asked for better. Everyone we came into contact with was pleasant and helpful and could not do enough for us. Sharle was particularly helpful and via e-mails she went to considerable trouble carefully checking the dimensions of our guest bedroom in our new home and advising where best the bed might be positioned. Using her expertise enabled us to have various power points positioned advantageously in the bedroom prior to the build of our home and fitment of a larger window. Such was Sharle’s care and skill that we have never once regretted the position of the bed, the top box and the under desk unit in relation to the door and the window. The latter was important because my wife does a lot off quilting and craft work and needs natural light to ideally come over her right shoulder and on to the studybed.

  Sharle of course wasn’t the only ray of sunshine in the company and Charlotte also went to a lot of trouble with our bed and mattress selection, the final finish and ensuring the delivery date perfectly met our requirements.

  With regard to delivery and assembly, the team (Kevin and Will) was outstanding – polite, courteous, professional and highly competent. They also went out of their way to keep disruption and dust to the absolute minimum. Such was their expertise that our studybed was ready for occupation almost before we had time to turn round. They were a great team and we would have them back anytime.

  All in all, it was a real pleasure working with the company from the outset and we could not have asked for better. The product was superbly built, delivered on time and fitted by experts.

  Finally, everyone who has seen the bed, and all our guests who have slept in it, are always amazed at its ingenuity, and pleasantly surprised at just how solid and comfortable it is. (One neighbour has already purchased a stud bed as a result of seeing ours). It was a very good purchase and after nineteen months my wife and I remain totally delighted with it. Thank you.
