….. thrilled to bits

I am thrilled to bits with my amazing new work room! It is every bit as lovely as I hoped it would be!

The two men who assembled it were a delight and I couldn’t believe it when they returned to improve it having left 10 minutes earlier considering what they perceived to be a slight issue! ( I had not spotted it! )

I have even shown my neighbour my wonderful work place!Thank you for you kind, prompt and courteous service thoroughly the project.

…installers were just superb

We are simply over the moon with your product and the service you have provided to date from the time of the order at the Ideal Home Show up to installation. Your installers were just superb and took so much care so as not to damage the bed or any of the existing furniture to the point where they carried in each part in as a pair so as not to accidentally bang into doors etc on the way in.

‘A room that previously doubled up as a spare bedroom and office has been transformed, today its an office as I type this, I work from home a lot so having the ‘office’ feel is great, and with a quick flick it will become a bed for visitors – and the best bit, I don’t even have to put away my computer, phone or even printer, as the desk is 6ft long ,all sits on it easily. A wonderful piece of furniture and everyone I dealt with was great. We love it”

…gasps of amazement

We chose the StudyBed as it was by far the best solution for our small box room. There was simply no other solution for the room that worked as well either in desk or bed configuration without significant compromise somewhere along the line. The quality of the StudyBed is excellent. It feels incredibly sturdy and has literally generated gasps of amazement when shown to friends and family. Dealing with StudyBed has also been faultless. Thank you for your outstanding service. We have been impressed from the moment we came across your company online, and feel especially fortunate that you were able to fulfil our 24hour order, delivery and installation request…… That must be a record!?

Our StudyBed has transformed our house as the conservatory and main bedroom are now clear of clutter and the second bedroom is no longer an embarrassment but a generous bedroom, artist studio and study.

Everybody we have encountered through the process have been supremely professional and congenial. My mum who has been in sales for years would have given her right arm to have Judy on her team as she was informative, full of excellent suggestions and we didn’t experience any pressure at all. Ben bent over backwards to fit to our needs, Anita guided us in with superb directions and provided prompt follow up and Steve was patient, quick and thorough throughout the installation process; what a team!

As to the StudyBed itself- brilliantly conceived and engineered, beautifully made, flexible and space creating. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and my partner often works away, so to be able to move a double bed around with such ease is vital to my joint health. I couldn’t be happier. I know that I can contact you at anytime without hesitation and it will be a productive, friendly and positive experience. There are few companies that can offer such a service; brilliant!
