  • Just had to write and say a huge big thank you to all of you at The StudyBed Company. We took delivery and installation of our Study Bed yesterday 23/8/12 with top cupboard and set of drawers and are absolutely thrilled to bits with it, the quality and finish are superb, attention to detail second to none and so easy to use.

    We ordered this online without seeing it in the flesh so to speak, as the concept was brilliant.  Having never seen the quality of their products this was a little daunting but we should not have worried as it far exceeded our expectations, like I said earlier the quality and finish are superb.

    So for all those who are unable to get to the showroom and are wondering if they should order online, go for it because you really will be pleased you did.

    We cannot sing the praises of this product enough, it has made a very small room bigger and usable and I have to say a talking point.

    From the first point of contact to the installation, everyone has been friendly, courteous and approachable; nothing is too much trouble, all in all, good old fashioned service how things used to be.  Really good to know some companies are still striving for this and The StudyBed Company offers it in oodles.

    Just wanted to write and personally thank you for the StudyBed that has recently been installed in my son’s room. In a room that was only suitable for a single bed when fitted with the usual computer desk etc, the transformation to a 4ft bed and combined desk areas is fantastic.
    Great customer service from meeting at Homebuilder show – deciding on wood type – to actual delivery and installation is a credit to you all. Friends and family love the brilliant design and our son now has best of both worlds – bigger bed and more floor space
    So well done to you all.

  • We had a very exciting day yesterday when the StudyBed arrived and was assembled, especially Granny (me)! My grandson absolutely loves it and granddaughter is now coveting one for herself.
    The bed was as I remembered it at the Glasgow show and I was impressed all over again. Such a clever concept.
    Can I also say it’s been a pleasure to do business with you all, from those in the office to the great guys who came to assemble the Studybed. You were all not only unfailingly polite but friendly with it. The assembly guys were happy to accommodate our interest and excitement during their visit and didn’t make us feel we were intruding by watching what they were doing from the doorway. Grandson also got to to be number one assistant by holding some bolts for them, so he felt very involved.
    We also appreciated that the delivery time was arranged within a short time slot and that the guys phoned twice on the day to report progress towards the anticipated delivery time. These small details make such a a difference and they all went to make us feel that customer care is important to you.

  • Just a quick note to say that we are absolutely delighted with our new room now that all the study furniture has been delivered.  We just wanted to say that it has been a pleasure dealing with you all.  You have all been very helpful and we appreciate the extra adjustments your guys made during their last visit which means our desk can now accomodate our new iMac.
    We’ve attached a couple of photographs of the study.  It’s difficult to tell from the photographs but it’s transformed our room and living space completely.  And it looks great too!
