• Thank you for the first class service I received along with my new Kingsize Majestic StudyBed. The design of the studybed is brilliant, I have a fully functioning study/tv room and don’t even need to put anything away in order to transform the room in seconds to a generous guest room.

  The installation team are brilliant! 10 out of 10! They are very professional and courteous whilst giving attention to the smallest detail.  They clearly take pride in their skills and the studybed product.

  From meeting you at the Ideal Home Show, through planning, finally seeing the studybed installed and the follow up visit this morning, the process has been a totally pain free experience and I am very happy with the results.

• I would like to thank you all for arranging for my study bed to be repositioned this morning.  The two ‘young’ men were great and were in and out before we knew it. It is made what has been a great purchase for me that little bit better with the extra light and space at the window.
  I have used the desk for a couple of months now and it is great and absolutely brilliant for our room and my grandson and I love the bed..
  I would not hesitate to recommend the studybed to anybody but also your company for coming out and repositioning the bed without complaint.

  I just wanted to send you a quick message to say thank you very much for the Study Bed. We’re extremely pleased with it: particularly the grain!  So many thanks for making a special effort to select really beautiful pieces of wood.  We got it all set up finally this weekend (put the computer on it etc) and it looks great.
  I also want to say that the delivery and set-up process was done brilliantly, efficiently and professionally. Unfortunately I have forgotten the names of the two men who were so kind and helpful, but please pass on our thanks to them.

• Thankyou very much for supplying our StudyBed and bespoke wardrobe. We are extremely pleased with the appearance of the furniture in our bedroom. the bed has already been used on a couple of occasions – by my niece (adult) and by granddaughter (6 yrs old). Both found the bed comfortable and it was set up in 15 seconds – including putting on the duvet, pillows and my granddaughters ‘cuddlies’. We were very impressed by your customer service from your office staff – communications could not have been bettered. Also, your fitters arrived within 5 minutes of the time expected on both occasions they came, and they were very customer friendly and did a superb fitting job.

• Just wanted to let you know that we are absolutely thrilled with our StudyBed.  Adam (our son) whose bed it is, has been raving about it to anyone who will listen and we now have even more trouble getting him out of bed in the mornings.  His friends have been so impressed as well that I have had some of their parents coming to have a look, at least 2 of which are thinking about ordering beds in the near future.  I know if they do they will be as pleased as us.

  The guys who fitted the bed were great, they were really efficient, helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. I can’t fault them at all.
